About the role

If you are passionate about identifying business needs, optimizing processes, testing new ideas, and leading initiatives from concept to delivery.

We are looking for a dynamic profile who can move seamlessly between business analysis, process improvement, and management of small/medium-sized projects.

Additionally, you will take a hands-on approach to developing automations and lightweight solutions using AI tools such as Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot within the Microsoft 365 environment. This opportunity is for you!

What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

Identify and analyze business needs through discovery activities, workshops, and observation.

Translate complex problems into clear requirements, process maps, and success metrics.

Design, test, and iterate solutions and process improvements through agile experimentation.

Lead projects or workstreams end-to-end (planning, tracking, risk management, and deliverables).

Develop automations and lightweight tools in Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.

Define and monitor KPIs and adoption metrics to ensure value delivery.

Manage change by facilitating training, guidance, and stakeholder support.

What we're looking for

Curious, adaptable, and action-oriented mindset.

Also desirable: Previous experience in the insurance, financial sector, or regulated environments.
