Financial Process Manager

We are looking for a Financial Process Manager to ensure the proper functioning and operation of the business (stores, purchasing, logistics, etc.) within the SAP financial architecture throughout the entire process, from the point of sale to the accounting balance sheet.

• You will act as a key liaison between the finance department and the different business areas in order to assess the impact of any operational and strategic action or decision on the financial configuration of the SAP ecosystem.

• You will lead the mapping and optimization of processes related to the integration of any store operation with the SAP system, with special attention to the "order to cash" cycle.

• You will act as a Key SAP User (FI-CO) to ensure and promote best practices for the ERP system within the finance team, leading the continuous improvement process of the tool together with the IT team to ensure the success of new parameterizations.

• You will lead and supervise the collection ecosystem related to the reconciliation and control process for non-traditional sales channels (online, Glovo, Too Good To Go, workshops, etc.).

• You will lead the automation process of the payment platform, with the aim of designing and implementing improvements in the automatic procedures related to the card collection process, minimizing manual corrections as much as possible.

• You will ensure proper alignment between business needs and the existing business process (BP), in order to detect potential impacts on the system and processes in advance.

• You will design, implement, and ensure the monitoring of the indicator system related to the internal control of established financial processes and protocols.

• Perfect spoken and written Catalan and Spanish (native or advanced level).

• University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or similar.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.

• Advanced knowledge of SAP (FI and CO modules) and proven experience in SAP process developments, implementations, migrations, and continuous improvement.

• Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office (Advanced Level) and SAP ecosystem.

• Driving license and own vehicle.

Cerquem un/a Responsable Finances de Processos per garantir el correcte funcionament i operativa del negoci (botigues, compres, logística, etc.) envers l'arquitectura financera SAP dins de tot el procediment, des del punt de venda fins al balanç comptable.

• Actuaràs com a interlocutor clau entre el departament financer i les diferents àrees de negoci amb la finalitat d'avaluar l'impacte de qualsevol acció o decisió operativa i estratègica en la configuració financera de l'ecosistema SAP.

• Lideraràs el mapatge i optimització dels processos vinculats a la integració de qualsevol de les operacions de botiga amb el sistema SAP, amb especial atenció al circuit "order to cash".

• Actuaràs com a Key SAP User (FI-CO) amb la finalitat de garantir i promoure les millors pràctiques del sistema ERP dins de l'equip financer, liderant el procés de millora contínua de l'eina conjuntament amb l'equip tècnic informàtic per tal de garantir l'èxit de les noves parametritzacions.

• Lideraràs i supervisaràs l'ecosistema de cobrament vinculat al procés de conciliació i control dels canals de venda no tradicionals (online, Glovo, Too Good To Go, tallers, etc.).

• Lideraràs el procés d'automatització de la plataforma de pagaments, amb la finalitat de dissenyar i implementar millores en els procediments automàtics vinculats al procés de cobrament en targeta, reduint al màxim les correccions manuals.

• Garantiràs una correcta alineació entre les necessitats del negoci i el procés de negoci (BP) existent, amb la finalitat de detectar amb anterioritat possibles impactes en el sistema i els processos.

• Dissenyaràs, implementaràs i garantiràs el seguiment del sistema d'indicadors vinculat al control intern dels processos i protocols financers establerts.

• Català i castellà perfectament parlats i escrits (nivell natiu o avançat).

Vols formar part del nostre equip?

• Grau universitari en Administració i Direcció d'Empreses (ADE) o similar.

• Que tinguis entre 3 i 5 anys d'experiència en funcions similars.

• Alt domini de SAP (mòduls FI i CO) i experiència demostrable en desenvolupaments, implantacions, migracions i millora contínua de processos SAP.

• Domini avançat d'eines informàtiques: Microsoft Office (Nivell Avançat) i ecosistema SAP.
