Line Manager

We offer you the opportunity to join as a Line Manager in a leading company in the cosmetics and fragrance sector. This role is crucial to the success of our new summer operation, linked to an expansion project.

You will be the central piece in the control and supervision of the packaging lines, with the main objective of ensuring the established quality, safety, service, and productivity.

Assembly and preparation of the assigned lines.

Explain and inform the team of operators before the start.

Verification of the operators' workstations.

Monitor quality requirements through specific checks.

Adjust the line pace according to the standard and correct it if necessary.

Manage and record line stoppages and take action.

Clear, organize, and clean the line.

Train the operators.

Report order data (component issues, waste, etc.).

Control, organize, and supervise the lines.

Comply with personal hygiene requirements.

Team management.

Advanced knowledge of computer tools, Office, email, and the Internet.

Good practices in energy management and the EHS system.

Good Manufacturing Practices.

Spill management.

Waste segregation.

Conditions:

Salary: €14.08/hour.

Days: Wednesday to Sunday (40 hours/week). Training will definitely take place Monday to Friday, then moving to a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule with the project start.

Shifts: Rotating morning (07:00 to 15:00) and afternoon (15:00 to 23:00).

Fixed night shift: We will also have availability for the night shift (23:00 to 07:00).

Work center: Cabanillas del Campo

Immediate start: there are possibilities of continuing once the project ends; estimated project duration approximately 8-10 weeks.

Te ofrecemos la oportunidad de incorporarte como Responsable de Línea en una empresa puntera en el sector de la perfumería y cosmética. Este rol es crucial para el éxito de nuestra nueva operativa de verano, vinculada a un proyecto de expansión.

Serás la pieza central en el control y supervisión de las líneas de envasado, con el objetivo principal de asegurar la calidad, la seguridad, el servicio y la productividad establecida.

Montaje mobiliario y preparación de las líneas asignadas.

Explicar e informar al equipo de operarias antes del arranque

Verificación de los puestos de los operarios/as.

Observar los requerimientos de calidad a través de controles específicos.

Adecuar el ritmo de la línea según el estándar y corregir si procede.

Gestionar y registrar las paradas de la línea y actuar.

Despeje, orden y limpieza de la línea.

Formación de los operario/as.

Reportar datos de la orden (incidencias de componentes, mermas, etc.).

Control, organización y supervisión de las líneas.

Cumplir con las exigencias de higiene personal.

Gestión de equipos.

Conocimientos avanzados de herramientas informáticas, Office, Correo electrónico, Internet.

Buenas prácticas en materia de energía y del SGE.

Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación.

Gestión de derrames.

Segregación de residuos.

Condiciones:

Salario:14,08 €/hora.

Días: De miércoles a domingo (40 h/semana). La formación se realizará seguramente de lunes a viernes, pasando a trabajar de miércoles a domingo con el arranque del proyecto

Horarios: Rotativo de mañana (07:00 a 15:00) y tarde (15:00 a 23:00).

Noche fijo: También volveremos a tener disponibilidad en turno nocturno (23:00 a 07:00).

Incorporación inmediata: hay posibilidades de continuar una vez finalizado el proyecto; duración estimada del proyecto 8-10 semanas aproximadamente
