The role

From Adecco Selección we are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations of a major logistics center, ensuring maximum availability of facilities and equipment, as well as optimizing technical and human resources.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate maintenance service processes to ensure the proper functioning of logistics infrastructure, compliance with established objectives, and continuous service improvement, leading a dynamic, efficient, and results-oriented technical team.

Supervise and coordinate the daily activity of the maintenance service, ensuring compliance with established standards and objectives.
Manage and lead the technical team, promoting training, communication, and professional development.
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring proper resolution of incidents and breakdowns.
Drive continuous improvement actions to optimize productivity, safety, and facility efficiency.
Monitor KPIs, prepare service reports, and propose improvement measures.
Manage spare parts stock and supervise the general order and maintenance of the facilities.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention, Environmental regulations, and internal procedures.
