About the role

What you'll do

Main responsibilities:

Independently execute daily logistics planning defined by Supply Chain, ensuring compliance with supply and distribution plans.

Manage and adjust daily logistics scheduling, including product transfers, pipeline flows, storage, terminals, and imports/exports.

Coordinate and supervise product movements across the logistics network, anticipating risks and resolving operational deviations.

Lead the daily operational relationship with external logistics providers (Exolum, CORES, terminal operators, maritime and land transport).

Monitor inventory levels and operational restrictions, ensuring supply to business units and proposing corrective actions.

Analyze and minimize impacts from delays, supply disruptions, or misalignments between planning and execution.

Ensure compliance with product specifications, current regulations, and safety standards in all operations.

Act as an operational escalation point for complex incidents, coordinating solutions with Trading, EP, Business Units, and external providers.

Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. — Provide technical support and mentoring to more junior team profiles when necessary.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain execution, terminals, transport, or operational planning, preferably in the Oil & Gas or energy sector.

University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.

Solid knowledge of complex logistics networks: terminals, pipelines, storage, maritime and land transport.

Experience in inventory management, daily operational planning, and coordination of imports/exports.

Demonstrated ability to work in demanding operational environments and make decisions under pressure.
