We are looking for a Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention for a part-time position in a highly technological and scientific environment. Reporting to management and working very closely with group leaders, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the center's health and safety. Your main responsibilities will be:

Document management and updating (core of the role): Thorough control of training records, PPE deliveries, medical fitness, etc. (This task carries significant administrative weight in the day-to-day).

Health Surveillance: Comprehensive organization of annual medical examinations, coordinating with the External Prevention Service (including the logistics of the mobile unit during the annual campaign).

Coordination of Business Activities (CBA): Ad-hoc management of suppliers through a web platform (the heavy document validation is outsourced).

Training and Awareness: Development and delivery of internal health and safety training, usually conducted in English due to the center's international environment.

Emergency and Incident Management: Conducting the annual drills at its two workplaces and leading the investigation of accidents/incidents.

Field and regulatory work: Carrying out safety visits to facilities, ensuring legal compliance, and updating internal policies, protocols, and procedures.

External Prevention Service (SPA) Oversight: Reviewing and monitoring the risk assessments carried out by the External Prevention Service, ensuring their correct implementation.

Technical Advisory: Providing direct support to research/group leaders on safety matters.

To fit into this position and deliver value from day one, we need you to meet the following profile:

University Degree: Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific-technical field. (Essential to understand the nature of the institute's equipment and processes).

PRL Qualification: Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Senior Technician).

Specific Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Royal Decree 1215/1997. Given the multitude of work and research equipment, you will be the key person to assess their safety conditions.

Languages: Advanced/fluent level of English (minimum real B2/C1), with proven ability to deliver technical training in this language.

Availability: Interest and availability to work part-time.

Key skills: Strong organizational skills (to handle the peaks in document and medical management), autonomy, technical rigor, and excellent communication skills.

Estamos buscando un/a Técnico/a Superior en PRL para una posición a media jornada en un entorno altamente tecnológico y científico. Si tienes formación en ciencias o ingeniería, te apasiona la seguridad en laboratorios y entornos de investigación, y dominas el inglés, esta es una oportunidad excelente para unirte a un centro de referencia donde tu labor impactará directamente en el bienestar de investigadores y personal científico.

Reportando a la dirección y trabajando muy de cerca con los jefes de grupo, te encargarás de la gestión integral de la seguridad y salud del centro. Tus responsabilidades principales serán:

Gestión y actualización documental (Core del puesto): Control exhaustivo de registros de formación, entregas de EPIs, aptitudes médicas, etc. (Esta tarea tiene un peso administrativo importante en el día a día).

Vigilancia de la Salud: Organización integral de los reconocimientos médicos anuales coordinando con el Servicio de Prevención (incluyendo la logística de la unidad móvil durante la campaña anual).

Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE): Gestión puntual de proveedores a través de plataforma web (la validación documental pesada está externalizada).

Formación y Sensibilización: Desarrollo e impartición de formaciones internas sobre seguridad y salud, impartidas habitualmente en inglés debido al entorno internacional del centro.

Gestión de Emergencias e Incidentes: Realización de los simulacros anuales en sus dos centros de trabajo y liderazgo en la investigación de accidentes/incidentes.

Trabajo de campo y normativo: Realizar visitas de seguridad en instalaciones, garantizar el cumplimiento legal, y actualizar políticas, protocolos y procedimientos internos.

Supervisión del SPA: Revisión y seguimiento de las evaluaciones de riesgos realizadas por el Servicio de Prevención Ajeno, asegurando su correcta implantación.

Asesoramiento Técnico: Dar soporte directo a los jefes de investigación/grupo en materia de seguridad.

Para encajar en esta posición y poder aportar valor desde el primer día, necesitamos que cumplas con el siguiente perfil:

Titulación Universitaria: Grado en Ingeniería, Física, Química, Biología o rama científico-tecnológica afín. (Imprescindible para comprender la naturaleza de los equipos y procesos del instituto).

Titulación PRL: Máster Universitario en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (Técnico Superior).

Conocimientos Técnicos Específicos: Familiaridad con el Real Decreto 1215/1997. Al contar con multitud de equipos de trabajo e investigación, serás la persona clave para evaluar sus condiciones de seguridad.

Idiomas: Nivel de Inglés alto/fluido (mínimo B2/C1 real), con capacidad demostrable para impartir formación técnica en este idioma.

Disponibilidad: Interés y disponibilidad para trabajar a media jornada.

Competencias clave: Alta capacidad de organización (para los picos de gestión documental y médica), autonomía, rigor técnico y excelentes dotes de comunicación.
