About the role

Are you passionate about occupational risk prevention with a human and transformative approach?

What you'll do

Your main objective will be preventive management in our various work centers. We are looking for a professional capable of ensuring compliance with the legal framework while maintaining fluid, assertive, and constructive communication with the operational staff of each center.

Your Responsibilities

You will carry out technical visits to the various delegations and operational centers distributed throughout Catalonia. (Barcelona and Tarragona)

Technical Documentation: You will be in charge of the preparation, review, and signing of Safety and Health Plans (PSS) and Risk Assessments.

Field Management: You will supervise compliance with regulations on-site/installation, actively promoting good safety practices.

Investigation and Improvement: You will analyze incidents and accidents, proposing effective preventive and corrective measures.

Salary: EUR 33,000–35,000 gross per year

Mileage compensation: EUR 0.35/km for all your business trips.

Flexibility and Work-Life Balance:
