What will you do with us?

  • Lead Change: You will coordinate Kaizen events and improvement workshops focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

  • Train the Experts: You will design and deliver training programs for critical roles (painters, specialists, and team leaders), ensuring that knowledge stays in-house.
  • Standardization: You will define operation times and support line balancing to maximize our productivity.
  • Plant Innovation: You will collaborate with Process Engineering to validate new paint technologies and materials.

Requirements

What are we looking for in you?

  • Education: Industrial Engineering (specialization in Organization, Mechanical, or Chemical).
  • Experience: Solid track record as a Process Engineer in the automotive sector, with expert knowledge of painting and finishing processes.
  • Lean DNA: Proven experience applying Lean Manufacturing and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Passion for Teaching: Demonstrated ability to mentor operators and technicians, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan, with an intermediate level of English.
