What will you do?

• Filing and control of product receiving documentation at the external warehouse and product sampling/control
• Inspection of sample units.
• Control and monitoring of photoliths and product specifications.
• Filing and control of product release documentation at the external warehouse.
• Carrying out purchases of products/materials and their receiving/verification.
• Filing and control of Pharmacovigilance reconciliations 
• Identifying the non-conformities and preventive actions that you detect.
• Completing the inquiry you handle.
• Completing the claim you handle.
• Following up on claims, from both customers and suppliers, recorded in the department.
• Any specific department need for which you are trained.
• Compliance with Good Environmental Practices in Offices.

The required education for the job is:

Masters Degree: Pharmacy (required)

Your contract type will be:

Intern (fixed term) (in training)

What do we do?

We are a Spanish pharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and marketing of small molecules and biological medical products.

We likewise use our sales channels to market a number of licensed pharmaceutical products, imaging contrast agents and other products for hospital use, as well as OTC pharmaceuticals.

All of this is carried out through our specialized sales team formed by more than 260 people who promote the products with specialized medical professionals and in hospitals and pharmacies.

What will you do?

• Archivo y control de la documentación de recepción de productos en el almacén externo y muestreo/control de los productos
• Inspección de unidades de muestra.
• Control y seguimiento de fotolitos y especificaciones de los productos.
• Archivo y control de la documentación de liberación de productos en el almacén externo.
• Realizar las compras de productos / material y recepción / verificación de los mismos
• Archivo y control de la reconciliaciones de Farmacovigilancia 
• Identificar las no conformidades y acciones preventivas que detecte.
• Cumplimentar la consulta que atienda.
• Cumplimentar la reclamación que atienda
• Realizar seguimiento de las reclamaciones, tanto de clientes como de proveedores, registradas en el departamento
• Cualquier necesidad puntual del departamento, para la que esté formada.
• Cumplimiento Buenas Prácticas Ambientales en Oficinas.
