What you'll do

As part of the Corporate Compensation and Benefits team, your main responsibilities will be:

· Review and update remuneration data, contributing to ensuring the quality, consistency, and traceability of the information.

· Participate in compensation and benefits benchmarking studies.

· Design, maintain, and evolve dashboards and indicators, converting complex data into clear conclusions and recommendations for decision-making.

· Identify opportunities for improvement, automate controls and workflows, and support the execution of salary review processes and variable remuneration settlement.

· Provide support in the administration, communication, and monitoring of corporate benefits, including flexible remuneration programs.

· Develop analysis tools and digital solutions using advanced Excel, Power BI, and other technologies, improving the efficiency, traceability, and quality of reporting.

· Responsibly explore and apply artificial intelligence use cases and new technologies that add value to processes, while preserving data quality, confidentiality, and governance.

· Prepare, together with the International Mobility and HRBP teams, remuneration proposals aligned with internal policies and market benchmarks.

Requirements

· Between one and three years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, People Analytics, Management Control, Finance, Consulting, Business Intelligence, or data analysis.

· Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or another degree with a quantitative and analytical orientation.

· Solid quantitative orientation and curiosity to understand data, detect patterns, formulate hypotheses, and convert analysis into actionable business proposals.

· Advanced proficiency in Excel and practical experience in data visualization and analysis tools, preferably Power BI; knowledge of Power Query, DAX, Tableau, SQL, Python, or equivalent technologies will be valued.

What you'll do

Formando parte del equipo de Compensación y Beneficios Corporativo, tus principales responsabilidades serán:

· Revisar y actualizar datos retributivos, contribuyendo a garantizar la calidad, consistencia y trazabilidad de la información.

· Participar en estudios de benchmarking de compensación y beneficios.

· Diseñar, mantener y evolucionar cuadros de mando e indicadores, convirtiendo datos complejos en conclusiones claras y recomendaciones para la toma de decisiones.

· Identificar oportunidades de mejora, automatizar controles y flujos de trabajo, y apoyar la ejecución de los procesos de revisión salarial y liquidación de retribución variable.

· Dar apoyo en la administración, comunicación y seguimiento de beneficios corporativos, incluidos los programas de retribución flexible.

· Desarrollar herramientas de análisis y soluciones digitales mediante Excel avanzado, Power BI y otras tecnologías, mejorando la eficiencia, la trazabilidad y la calidad del reporting.

· Explorar y aplicar de forma responsable casos de uso de inteligencia artificial y nuevas tecnologías que aporten valor a los procesos, preservando la calidad, confidencialidad y gobernanza del dato.

· Preparar, junto con los equipos de Movilidad Internacional y HRBP propuestas retributivas alineadas con las políticas internas y las referencias de mercado.

Requisitos

· Experiencia de entre uno y tres años en Compensación y Beneficios, People Analytics, Control de Gestión, Finanzas, Consultoría, Business Intelligence o análisis de datos.

· Grado en ADE, Economía, Ciencias Actuariales, Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería, Física, Ciencia de Datos u otra titulación con orientación cuantitativa y analítica.

· Sólida orientación cuantitativa y curiosidad por comprender los datos, detectar patrones, formular hipótesis y convertir el análisis en propuestas aplicables al negocio.

· Dominio avanzado de Excel y experiencia práctica en herramientas de visualización y análisis de datos, preferentemente Power BI; se valorarán conocimientos de Power Query, DAX, Tableau, SQL, Python o tecnologías equivalentes.
