Business Analyst SAP S4/HANA

MISSION

Reporting to the IT Development Area, this role will join the Corporate Management team.

Participate in the Journey to S/4 Hana program, whose main objective is the migration of our financial and economic systems from SAP ECC to S/4 Rise, and the current SAP HR ECC system to Employee Central Payroll in SSFF.

You will also participate in PES25/28 projects within the financial pillar, ensuring their execution within the expected timelines, costs, scope, and quality. The goal is for you to become one of the technical and functional references within the technology area of financial and economic solutions in the Company.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for leading the execution of tasks/projects within planned timelines, monitoring costs, and ensuring the expected scope and quality, serving as one of the technological and functional references within the Financial area of the Company and in the management of external teams.
• You will be responsible for participating in the transition to the AM Service of projects that have gone into production. You will also participate in the daily management of ticketing within the technological axis of Economic-Financial solutions, with the support of the AM service, which currently provides support for the evolutionary and corrective line of the SAP Financial ECC systems, Hyperion HFM Consolidation, SAP BPC (budgeting and consolidation), and SAP BFC (regulatory reporting Solvency I and Solvency II) and Captio, both for Santalucia and for the rest of the Group companies.
• Constant interaction with the Business to understand needs and properly orient them toward technical solutions, always ensuring efficiency in timelines and costs.
• Evolution and maintenance of the technological solutions currently used by the Financial Area.
• Participation in the management of projects related to the Economic-Financial area.
• Participation in the management of projects related to the Journey to S/4 Hana. Within this project program, the economic-financial environments will be migrated to S/4 Rise and Payroll Management to SSFF Employee Central Payroll.
• You will ensure the evolution and maintenance of the SAP financial system and its various applications and integrations within the Santalucia group ecosystem.
• Responsible for ensuring that developments and configurations are carried out following the software development best practices established by the manufacturer.
• Ensure the correct evolution of applications according to business needs, once installed and running in Production.
• Identification of risks, preparation of mitigation plans, and monitoring of their evolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Consolidation of functional and technical knowledge within the Economic-Financial technology area.
• Continuous reporting to the direct manager, management, and Program monitoring teams.

Desired experience:

• Proven experience with SAP ECC is essential, and experience with S/4 Rise is highly valued.
• 5-7 years of experience in Development projects within the Financial area and participation in AM Services using any of the following tools:
  • SAP S/4 Rise.
  • SAP ECC Economic-Financial (Financial modules, Controlling, Financial Investment Management, Real Estate Investment Management, Asset Management, Purchasing Management, and Sales Management, etc.).
• Knowledge of IFRS17 and regulatory reporting (Solvency I and Solvency II) will be positively valued.
• Training and specific official certifications related to project management, people management, and leadership, as well as technological certifications, will be positively valued.
• Desirable work experience within the insurance sector.
• Profiles with certification in agile development methodologies will be valued.

• Higher-level vocational training, Bachelor's degree, and/or University degree in computer engineering/business administration/economics.
• Solid knowledge base of the Business within the Economic-Financial area, in addition to consolidated technical and functional experience in the SAP ecosystem.
• Experience in the definition and execution of projects/evolutionary developments.             
• Experience in direct interaction with the Business, being familiar with understanding and providing solutions to Business needs.
• Experience in the design and automation of software testing within the development lifecycle.
• B2 level of English or higher.

En dependencia del Área de Desarrollo TI, se integrará dentro del equipo de Gestión Corporativa.

Participar en el programa Journey to S/4 Hana, cuyo principal objetivo es la migración de nuestros sistemas económico – financieros desde SAP ECC hacia S/4 Rise y el sistema actual de SAP RRHH ECC hacia employee central payroll en SSFF.

También participará en proyectos del PES25/28 dentro del eje financiero, garantizando su ejecución en los plazos, costes, alcance y calidad esperados. El objetivo es que sea uno de los referentes técnicos y funcionales dentro del ámbito de tecnología de soluciones económico-financieras dentro de la Compañía.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

• Será el encargado de liderar las tareas de ejecución de tareas/proyectos en los plazos planificados, seguimiento de costes, asegurar el alcance y la calidad esperados, siendo uno de los referentes tecnológicos y funcionales dentro del ámbito Financiero en la Compañía y en la gestión de equipos externos.
• Será encargado de participar en la transición al Servicio AM de los proyectos que hayan entrado en producción. También participará en la gestión diaria del ticketing en el eje tecnológico de soluciones Económico – Financieras, contando con el apoyo del servicio AM, que actualmente da soporte a la línea evolutiva y correctiva de los Sistemas SAP Financiero ECC, Hyperion HFM Consolidation, SAP BPC (presupuestación y consolidación) y SAP BFC (reporting regulatorio Solvencia I y Solvencia II) y Captio tanto para Santalucia como para el resto de las Empresas del Grupo.
• Interlocución constante con Negocio para el entendimiento de las necesidades y su adecuada orientación hacia soluciones técnicas, velando siempre por la eficiencia en plazos y costes.
• Evolución y mantenimiento de las soluciones tecnológicas que actualmente están siendo utilizadas por el Área Financiera.
• Participación en la gestión de proyectos vinculados al ámbito Económico-Financiero.
• Participación en la gestión de proyectos vinculados al Journey to S/4 Hana. Dentro de este programa de proyectos se migrarán los entornos económico-financieros a S/4 Rise y la Gestión de Nóminas a SSFF Employee Central Payroll.
• Velará por la evolución y mantenimiento del sistema financiero SAP y de sus diferentes aplicativos e integraciones dentro del ecosistema del grupo Santalucia.
• Responsable de que los desarrollos y configuraciones se realicen siguiendo las mejores prácticas de desarrollo de software marcadas por el fabricante.
• Garantizar la correcta evolución de las aplicaciones conforme a las necesidades de Negocio, una vez instaladas y funcionando en Producción.
• Identificación de riesgos, elaboración de planes de mitigación, seguimiento de la evolución de estos durante la vida del proyecto.
• Consolidación del conocimiento funcional y técnico en el ámbito tecnológico Económico-Financiero.
• Reporting continuado a responsable directo, dirección y equipos de seguimiento de Programa.

Experiencia deseada:

• Imprescindible experiencia demostrable con SAP ECC y muy valorable en S/4 Rise.
• 5-7 años de experiencia en proyectos de Desarrollo dentro del ámbito Financiero y participación en Servicios AM utilizando alguna de las siguientes herramientas:
  • SAP S/4 Rise.
  • SAP ECC Económico-Financiero (módulos Financieros, Controlling, Gestión de Inversiones Financieras, Gestión de Inversiones Inmobiliarias, Gestión de Activos, Gestión de Compras y Gestión de Ventas, etc.).
• Se valorará positivamente conocimientos en el ámbito de IFRS17 y reporting regulatorio (Solvencia I y Solvencia II).
• Se valorará positivamente la formación y certificados oficiales específicos vinculados a la gestión de proyectos, gestión de personas y liderazgo, así como certificaciones tecnológicas.
• Experiencia laboral deseable dentro del sector asegurador.
• Se valorarán perfiles con certificación en metodologías ágiles de desarrollo.

• Ciclo formativo de grado superior, Licenciatura y/o Grado Universitario en ingeniería informática/ADE/económicas.
• Sólida base de conocimiento del Negocio en el ámbito Económico-Financiero, además de experiencia técnica y funcional consolidada en el ecosistema SAP.
• Experiencia en la definición y ejecución de proyectos/evolutivos.             
• Experiencia en la interlocución directa con Negocio, estando familiarizado en el entendimiento y la aportación de soluciones ante necesidades de Negocio.
• Experiencia en el diseño y automatización de pruebas sobre el software dentro del ciclo de vida de desarrollo.
• Nivel B2 de inglés o superior.
