MISSION

Carrying out the preparation of the floral service in accordance with the quality and time indicators established by the company.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take part in the handling of flowers and floral arrangements.
• Carry out and take part in the cleaning, preparation and conditioning of flowers and indoor and outdoor plants, and attend to their watering.
• Recognize and handle the tools, materials and implements commonly used in a florist's shop.
• Attend to the loading and unloading of the establishment's materials and goods. Help with delivery if necessary.
• Attend to the public, taking note of orders, whether directly, by telephone or by computer.  Take part in the design and creation of shop windows, display areas and catalogs.
• Recording information within the company's management systems.
• Collaborate on auxiliary tasks carried out by the Manager.
• Collaborate and share responsibility for positive, cooperative teamwork.

Required experience

• Vocational training or related qualification in Floral Art
• Languages: intermediate English valued, and an additional language desirable
• Computer skills: Digital skills and knowledge of SAP, email, Microsoft Office package and collaborative tools
• Complete all ongoing training assigned for the position in order to comply with regulations and stay up to date

Required knowledge

• At least 1 year of experience as a Florist
• Knowledge of the sector is valued.
• Knowledge of eCommerce is valued

Realización de la confección del servicio floral conforme a los indicadores de calidad y tiempo establecidos por la empresa.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

• Intervenir en la manipulación de las flores y confecciones florales.
• Efectuar e intervenir en la limpieza, preparación y acondicionamiento de flores y plantas de interior y exterior, atenderá a los riegos de esta.
• Reconocer y manejar las herramientas, materiales y útiles habitualmente empleados en una floristería.
• Atender a la carga y descarga del material y género del establecimiento. Ayudar si es preciso al reparto.
• Atender al público, tomando nota de los encargos, ya sea directamente, por teléfono o Informáticamente.  Participar en el diseño y realización de escaparates, zonas de exposición y catálogos.
• Registro de la información dentro de los sistemas de gestión de la compañía.
• Colaborar en trabajos auxiliares practicados por el Encargado.
• Colaborar y compartir en la responsabilidad de un trabajo en equipo positivo y cooperativo.

Experiencia requerida

• Formación profesional o Afín en Arte Floral
• Idiomas: valorable inglés intermedio y deseable otro idioma adicional
• Conocimientos de informática: Habilidades digitales y conocimiento de SAP, correo electrónico, paquete Microsoft office y herramientas colaborativas
• Realizar toda la formación continua que se le asigne para su posición con la finalidad de cumplir la normativa y mantenerse actualizado

Conocimientos Requeridos

• Experiencia de al menos 1 año como Florista
• Valorable conocimiento del sector.
• Valorable conocimiento de eCommerce (Comercio electrónico)
