Banco Santander Foundation is looking for a Development Manager based in Santander.

What you'll do

In this role, reporting to the Finance, Development, and General Services Department, your main responsibilities will include:

• Proposing and designing a loyalty program for the different groups that make up the Faro Santander community (individual members, families, young people, etc.)

  • Creating and maintaining the Faro Santander member network through initiatives, experiences, and proactive communication.
  • Identifying potential external partners and allies, exploring opportunities for one-off sponsorships and/or in-kind support, and detecting and analyzing calls for proposals and funding programs.
  • Designing an income generation plan through a corporate loyalty program (company identification, approach strategy, economic participation proposal, benefits offered by the Museum, etc.)
  • Coordinating the production derived from loyalty and sponsorship programs with the different departments.
  • Managing the department's budget, income and expense control, billing, and contracts.
  • Collaborating with the Programs, Exhibitions, and Communications Departments, as well as with the different teams within the organization, ensuring the necessary coordination for the smooth running of events and activities held at Faro Santander, to the highest quality standards.

What we're looking for

• Previous professional experience in roles with similar content and responsibility. (Required)

• Previous professional experience in sponsorship projects with private and public institutions. (Required)

• Degree in Business Administration and Management or similar. (Required)

• Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English. (Required)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. (Required)

• Experience in the use of AI. (Required)

• Previous experience in stakeholder engagement management. (Desirable)

• Experience in the museum or cultural sector. (Desirable)
