What you'll do

Banco Santander Foundation is looking for an Events and Space Management Manager based in Santander.

We are redefining the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas.

In this role, reporting to the Finance, Development, and General Services Department, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the organization of the different internal and external events that will take place in the new Faro Santander space.
  • Coordination and production of events in the spaces, coordinating the rest of the museum's areas.
  • Coordinating and producing internal events in collaboration with the rest of Faro Santander's areas.
  • Contracting and supervising external events held at Faro in collaboration with the rest of Faro Santander's areas.
  • Preparation and monitoring of budgets, coordination of internal resources and external suppliers.
  • Technical and safety coordination for each event (assembly control, permits, technical supervision).
  • Collaborating with the Programs, Exhibitions, and Communications Departments, as well as with the different teams within the organization, ensuring the necessary coordination for the smooth running of events and activities held at Faro Santander, to the highest quality standards.
