Job Mission As an Electrical Engineer (Electrical Designer) at MESA, your mission will be to understand the client's technical needs and develop electrical solutions aligned with contractual specifications, internal standards, and group best practices. You will be responsible for the electrical design of projects, ensuring technical quality, cost optimization, and deadline compliance. Main Responsibilities Review of project technical specifications and contractual documentation. Creation and modification of electrical schematics according to client requirements. Adaptation of designs for applicable certifications and regulations. Definition of the technical solution: creation of drawings and BOM (Bill of Materials). Consultation and management of material lists. Reuse and optimization of existing designs (ETO Design). Preparation and management of project technical documentation. Coordination with the Contract Manager to clarify technical requirements. Ensuring technical quality and feasibility of drawings and documentation. Compliance with design deadlines and alerting on deviations. Participation in continuous improvement projects and process optimization. Compliance with quality processes and production requirements. Internal Interaction: Contract Manager, project team, production, quality. External: Clients (as needed). Requirements Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering (electrical specialty) or Vocational Training (robotics or electricity). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in electrical design in industrial environments. Proficiency in tools: EPLAN AutoCAD (electrical panels). SEE Electrical Expert will be valued. Experience in BOM generation and technical documentation. Knowledge of electrical standards and regulations. English proficiency (minimum B2). Key Skills Understanding of client technical needs. Knowledge of electrical applications and products. Ability to resolve technical issues. Focus on quality and attention to detail. Efficiency in the use of tools and methods. Misión del puesto Como Electrical Engineer (Electrical Designer) en MESA, tu misión será comprender las necesidades técnicas del cliente y desarrollar soluciones eléctricas alineadas con las especificaciones contractuales, estándares internos y mejores prácticas del grupo. Serás responsable del diseño eléctrico de proyectos, garantizando calidad técnica, optimización de costes y cumplimiento de plazos. Funciones principales Revisión de especificaciones técnicas y documentación contractual del proyecto. Realización y modificación de esquemas eléctricos según requerimientos del cliente. Adaptación de diseños para certificaciones y normativas aplicables. Definición de la solución técnica: creación de planos y BOM (Bill of Materials). Consulta y gestión de listado de materiales. Reutilización y optimización de diseños existentes (ETO Design). Preparación y gestión de documentación técnica del proyecto. Coordinación con Contract Manager para aclaración de requisitos técnicos. Asegurar calidad técnica y viabilidad de planos y documentación. Cumplimiento de plazos asignados al diseño y alerta ante desviaciones. Participación en proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de procesos. Cumplimiento de procesos de calidad y requisitos de producción. Interacción Interna: Contract Manager, equipo de proyectos, producción, calidad. Externa: Clientes (según necesidad del proyecto). Requisitos Grado en Ingeniería Eléctrica o Industrial (especialidad eléctrica) o FP (robótica o electricidad) Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en posiciones similares. Experiencia en diseño eléctrico en entornos industriales. Manejo de herramientas: EPLAN AutoCAD (cuadros eléctricos) Se valorará SEE Electrical Expert Experiencia en generación de BOM y documentación técnica. Conocimiento de estándares eléctricos y normativas. Dominio de inglés (mínimo B2). Competencias clave Comprensión de necesidades técnicas del cliente. Conocimiento de aplicaciones y productos eléctricos. Capacidad de resolución de incidencias técnicas. Orientación a calidad y detalle. Eficiencia en el uso de herramientas y métodos.
