The position is part of the Services Sales team in the Barcelona area, acting as the technical reference for the most strategic and complex business opportunities. Your main mission will be to ensure the technical excellence of the solutions offered, providing specialized support to the sales teams, tendering, and execution, and ensuring technical alignment between customer needs, Schneider Electric capabilities, and the proposals developed by the factory. The role combines deep technical knowledge of critical infrastructures, data centers, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, precision cooling, monitoring, management software, and digital services, with a high capacity for cross-functional coordination, customer interaction, and technical leadership of critical projects. Functions and responsibilities: You will be responsible for acting as the technical reference for the sales and tendering team, providing specialized support throughout the entire sales cycle. You will participate in defining the technical strategy for the most relevant opportunities, ensuring that the proposed solutions are solid, competitive, and aligned with customer needs. You will technically lead the development of complex modernization opportunities (SWAP), Edge Computing, EcoStruxure IT, Data Center White Space, monitoring and energy management systems, sustainability and energy optimization projects in data centers, digitalization, and advanced services, actively participating in technical meetings, workshops, and customer visits to understand requirements and define the best possible technical solution. You will be responsible for validating the technical feasibility of the solutions offered, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential deviations before submitting commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with Schneider Electric quality and profitability standards. You will develop, when necessary, part of the conceptual and detailed engineering associated with complex projects, collaborating with execution, engineering, and product specialist teams to define technical architectures, scopes, and optimal solutions. You will act as the main technical interlocutor with Schneider Electric factories and competence centers, coordinating the definition of solutions, resolving technical questions, and ensuring a correct interpretation of customer requirements and the requested scope. You will be responsible for reviewing and technically validating offers received from the factory, verifying that the proposed solution matches the initially defined scope and avoiding technical, economic, or functional deviations that could impact customer satisfaction or project profitability. You will lead the technical defense of proposals before the customer, participating in presentations, clarification meetings, and technical negotiation processes, bringing credibility and positioning Schneider Electric as the reference technology partner. You will collaborate closely with execution teams during the initial phases of projects, ensuring a smooth transition from the commercial phase to implementation and guaranteeing the proper transfer of technical knowledge. You will actively participate in the standardization and continuous improvement of solutions, methodologies, and engineering processes, contributing to the development of best practices and increasing the competitiveness of our offers. You will act as a mentor and technical reference for the rest of the organization, sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of the technical capabilities of the sales, tendering, and execution teams. Position requirements: Technical education, preferably in Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent, which facilitates the understanding of Secure Power solutions and interaction with the customer's technical profiles. You must bring relevant experience (minimum 5-8 years). Certifications in Data Center Design, Uptime Institute, TIA-942, Precision Cooling, EcoStruxure IT, and Project Management will be valued. Demonstrated experience with: single-phase and three-phase UPS systems. Galaxy VX, VXL, VL, and equivalent. Data Centers. Precision cooling. Digital services. Skills and competencies: Technical leadership: ability to define, validate, and defend complex technical solutions with autonomy and expert judgment. Mastery of Secure Power: deep knowledge of data center infrastructures and UPS systems, single-phase and three-phase, Galaxy VX, VXL, VL, and equivalent, precision cooling, digital services, design or validation of critical architectures, complex migration, replacement, or modernization projects of critical infrastructures. Engineering capability: experience developing and reviewing availability, redundancy, and energy efficiency architectures for critical environments. Customer orientation: ability to understand operational needs and transform them into high-value-added technical solutions. Technical risk management: ability to identify potential deviations and ensure the robustness of solutions before implementation. Interaction with factories and competence centers: experience coordinating international technical teams and aligning global capabilities with local needs. Communication and influence: ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business profiles. Cross-functional work and collaboration: ability to effectively coordinate sales, tendering, engineering, execution, and product specialist teams. Analytical thinking and problem-solving: structured approach to analyzing complex situations and proposing efficient and sustainable solutions. Desarrollará, cuando sea necesario, parte de la ingeniería conceptual y de detalle asociada a proyectos complejos, colaborando con equipos de ejecución, ingeniería y especialistas de producto para definir arquitecturas técnicas, alcances y soluciones óptimas. Requisitos del puesto Formación técnica, preferiblemente en Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o equivalente, que facilite la comprensión de soluciones de Secure Power y la interlocución con perfiles técnicos del cliente. Deberá aportar experiencia relevante (mínimo 5-8 años). Se valorará certificaciones en Data Center Design, Uptime Institute, TIA-942, Refrigeración crítica, EcoStruxure IT y Gestión de proyectos.
