Industrialization Engineer - Automotive

You will be responsible for designing the layout, defining the specifications, and leading the industrialization of assigned parts, ensuring deadlines, investments, and profitability. Additionally, you will propose and implement improvements to optimize manufacturing processes.

• Design the production process and ensure its technical feasibility.
• Develop and manage the process development timing.
• Act as the technical liaison with the client, proposing alternatives and solutions.
• Lead the process FMEA and participate in the design FMEA.
• Define the specifications for machinery and tooling, as well as technical requirements.
• Issue project and series production HPs, analyze samples, and define corrective actions.
• Manage change requests in the event of significant process alterations.
• Support the Project Manager in the introduction of new technologies.
• Enter the product structure, routings, and contracts into the system.
• Participate in resolving internal issues and customer claims.
• Create master samples and ensure the proper functioning of automatic detection systems.
• Define work methods and provide support for RFQs.
• Ensure good cybersecurity practices in daily activities

• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM & Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Automotive - Plastic Injection - Fluent English

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
• 3-4 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Highly valued: experience in plastic injection
• Fluent conversational English.

Ser la persona responsable de diseñar el layout, definir el pliego de condiciones y liderar la industrialización de las piezas asignadas, garantizando plazos, inversiones y rentabilidad. Además, propondrás y ejecutarás mejoras para optimizar los procesos de fabricación.

• Diseñar el proceso productivo y asegurar su factibilidad técnica.
• Elaborar y gestionar el timing de desarrollo del proceso.
• Ser interlocutor/a técnico/a con el cliente, proponiendo alternativas y soluciones.
• Liderar el AMFE de proceso y participar en el AMFE de diseño.
• Definir el pliego de condiciones de máquinas y útiles, así como requerimientos técnicos.
• Emitir HP's de proyectos y vida serie, analizar muestras y definir correcciones.
• Gestionar solicitudes de cambio en caso de alteraciones relevantes del proceso.
• Apoyar al Project Manager en la introducción de nuevas tecnologías.
• Introducir en sistema la estructura de producto, rutas y contratos.
• Participar en la resolución de problemas internos y reclamaciones cliente.
• Elaborar piezas patrón y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las detecciones automáticas.
• Definir métodos de trabajo y dar soporte a RFQ's.
• Velar por buenas prácticas de ciberseguridad en la actividad diaria

• Contrato indefinido
• Horario: Lunes a jueves 8h a 17:30h & viernes 8h a 14h

• Ingeniería Superior (Mecánica, Química u otra afín).
• 3-4 años de experiencia en automoción.
