We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Transformation Analyst through Process Automation & IA, whose mission will be to lead, analyze, and implement business process automation projects (mainly within the ALOE ecosystem), ensuring correct communication with operational areas, team training, and the analytical exploitation of information for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

What you'll do

A. Management and Execution of Automation Projects

• Project leadership: Direct the complete lifecycle of automation projects, from opportunity identification to deployment and maintenance, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

• Specialization in ALOE: Configure, supervise, and optimize workflows and automations using the ALOE platform as a preference. • Quality assurance: Establish acceptance criteria and perform technical monitoring of implemented solutions.

• Analysis and abstraction: Evaluate current workflows of operational areas, abstracting business logic to identify bottlenecks and viable automation opportunities.

• Functional-technical translation: Act as a key communication bridge between business/operations areas and the development team, translating complex operational needs into clear technical specifications.

• Automation data analysis: Design, develop, and maintain data models for the exploitation of information derived from automated processes.
