Business Control and Client Management Technician

• Experience in business analysis, management control, consulting, or customer management support.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of Power BI, automation tools, and the financial sector is valued.

• High analytical capacity, results orientation, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work transversally across multiple areas.

At Servinform, we are looking to hire a Business Control and Customer Management Technician to join the team that supports the business and the management of client accounts, especially within the Financial Services field. We are looking for an analytical, organized person with a business vision, who enjoys working with data, monitoring results, and coordinating information between different areas. Your mission will be to help account managers have a clear vision of the business evolution, keeping data, budgets, contracts, and main commitments to clients under control.

Business analysis and control:

• Analyze and consolidate business data and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Analyze productivity, capacity, volumes, and SLA compliance.
• Perform profitability, budget, forecast, and variance analyses.
• Prepare simulations and scenarios to support decision-making.
• Automate and improve reporting and monitoring tools.

Client management

• Provide support to the Account Director in client management and monitoring.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and committees.
• Monitor projects, initiatives, and action plans.
• Coordinate with different areas to ensure compliance with client commitments.

Contract management

• Keep the inventory and contractual documentation up to date.
• Control expiration dates, renewals, economic reviews, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with Legal Services and clients regarding the signing, modification, and renewal of contracts.

Audits and certifications

• Coordinate the documentation necessary for certification and audit processes.
• Monitor requirements, evidence, and action plans.
• Provide support during reviews conducted by clients or third parties.
