What we're looking for

  • Education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Design, or similar).

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position, preferably in the aeronautical sector or companies similar to GSC.

  • Technical Knowledge: CATIA, proficiency in APQP tools, EN9100 regulations, risk management, SAP, and Excel. Knowledge of aeronautical assembly is highly valued.

  • Languages: Intermediate/advanced English level.

  • Non-Conformity Management: Establish problem-solving methodologies (PPS, 8D, FMEA) and lead QRQC panels to seek root causes and rapid solutions with Production and Engineering.

  • Industrialization (APQP): Develop and implement tools such as Quality Plan, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC to reduce defects and optimize costs.

  • Certification and Auditing: Coordinate the qualification of special processes and perform internal/external audits according to EN9100 standards and/or applicable process specifications.

  • Inspection Guidelines: Prepare and document verification instructions (PI and IVs) and ensure that acceptance criteria meet customer requirements.

  • Continuous Improvement: Supervise and develop management systems to guarantee excellence in processes and the conformity of manufactured parts.
