Technician for Industrial Manufacturing Inspections

We are looking for a person with technical training, a proactive attitude, and a vocation for the industrial sector to join us as a Resident Inspector, carrying out follow-up on the manufacturing and inspection of equipment subject to ADR regulations and the Pressure Equipment Directive.

   - Manufacturing follow-up at the plant.

   - Inspection and verification of ADR tankers for fuels and gases.

   - Supervision of testing and verification of pressure equipment.

   - Document control associated with inspections and certifications.

   - Direct liaison with the client and manufacturing teams.

   - Support in CE marking processes in accordance with Directive 2014/68/EU.

You will be the point of reference at the client's plant, ensuring proper follow-up of manufacturing, inspection, and verification processes for ADR tankers and pressure equipment, acting as a technical liaison and ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance.

- Higher Level Training Cycle (CFGS) in Industrial Mechanics, Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar.

- Industrial Technical Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.

- Interest in industrial inspection and technical regulations.

- Prior experience is not required, but we will value if you have: 

• Knowledge of ADR regulations.
• Knowledge of pressure equipment.
• Experience in industrial inspection.
• Knowledge of ASME VIII, AD 2000-Merkblatt, or EN 13445 codes.

We are looking for a proactive person with a quick learning ability, an enterprising spirit, and initiative. Strong communication skills, client orientation, organizational ability, and autonomy are essential. 

Residence in the Tàrrega or Lleida area, or nearby towns, will be especially valued.

Buscamos una persona con formación técnica, actitud proactiva y vocación por el entorno industrial para incorporarse como Inspector/a Residente, realizando el seguimiento de fabricación e inspección de equipos sometidos a normativa ADR y Directiva de Equipos a Presión.

   - Seguimiento de fabricación en planta.

   - Inspección y verificación de cisternas ADR para carburantes y gases.

   - Supervisión de pruebas y verificaciones de equipos a presión.

   - Control documental asociado a inspecciones y certificaciones.

   - Interlocución directa con el cliente y los equipos de fabricación.

   - Apoyo en procesos de marcado CE conforme a la Directiva 2014/68/UE.

Serás la persona de referencia en la planta del cliente, garantizando el correcto seguimiento de los procesos de fabricación, inspección y verificación de cisternas ADR y equipos a presión, actuando como interlocutor/a técnico/a y asegurando los estándares de calidad y cumplimiento normativo.

- CFGS Industrial, Mecánica, Fabricación Mecánica o similar.

- Ingeniería Técnica Industrial o Grado en Ingeniería Industrial.

- Interés por la inspección industrial y la normativa técnica.

- No es necesario a portar experiencia previa, pero valoraremos si la tienes: 

• Conocimientos en ADR.
• Conocimientos en equipos a presión.
• Experiencia en inspección industrial.
• Conocimientos de códigos ASME VIII, AD Merkblätter o EN 13445.

Buscamos una persona proactiva, con rápida capacidad de aprendizaje, carácter despierto e iniciativa. Imprescincible tener buenas habilidades de comunicación, orientación a cliente, capacidad de organización y autonomía. 

Se valorará especialmente residencia en la zona de Tárrega, Lleida o localidades cercanas.
