The role

The selected person will be in charge of being present at the construction site during the execution of work, overseeing compliance with the safety and health measures established in the safety plans/risk assessments and in the work procedures. They must supervise concurrent activities, detect possible risk situations, and ensure the correct application of preventive measures, coordinating with the different parties involved in the construction site.

They will also carry out field monitoring, incident reporting, preparation of reports, and support in the implementation of good preventive practices, contributing to maintaining a safe work environment.

A person with communication and interpersonal skills is required, capable of interacting effectively with both the client and the workers.

A proactive profile, with technical security and criteria, demonstrating leadership on the construction site, actively promoting compliance with preventive regulations and exercising effective professional authority, fostering respect and involvement of the different teams in matters of safety, will be especially valued.

Requirements

The requirements for this position would be:

Mandatory: Higher Level Vocational Training in Occupational Risk Prevention/Intermediate Technician
Driver's license B, own vehicle.
We will value if you have a Master's in OHS
We will value experience in handling some preventive management platform or app.
