We are looking for a Billing Operations Specialist — an operational role in the payments area focused on billing, payment infrastructure, fraud, and chargebacks.

Here you will not only help users but also work with payment processes, investigate cases, influence service quality, and improve processes together with the team.

— Monitoring of payment infrastructure and key metrics;
— Handling payment incidents — failed payments, refunds, disputes/chargebacks;
— Investigating complex payment cases (unauthorized payments, chargeback threats, suspicious transactions, root cause analysis);
— Communicating with users regarding payment issues (refund requests, disputes, unauthorized payments) via ticket-based systems;
— Working with fraud cases and analyzing fraud patterns;
— Interacting with stakeholders (product, support, payments, compliance);

— Basic understanding of online payments and fraud patterns;
— English — B1+, spoken and written. This is important to us because we primarily communicate with Americans;
— Willingness to work night shifts (19:00 — 3:00);
— Analytical approach to problem investigation;
— Ability to work in a multitasking environment with frequent changes in approach
— Ability to work with SLAs and escalations;
— Desire to improve processes and proactively share ideas

— Hands-on experience — failed payments, refunds, disputes, understanding of the chargeback lifecycle;
— Experience with ticket-based systems (Zendesk or similar);
— Willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive them to results.

— Billing agent schedule — 18–19 shifts per month
Shifts:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Day: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Evening: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Ми шукаємо Billing Operations Specialist — операційну роль у payments-напрямі з фокусом на білінг, платіжну інфраструктуру, fraud та chargebacks.

Тут ти не лише допомагатимеш користувачам, а й працюватимеш із платіжними процесами, розслідуватимеш кейси, впливатимеш на якість сервісу та вдосконалюватимеш процеси разом із командою.

— Моніторинг платіжної інфраструктури та ключових метрик;
— Робота з платіжними інцидентами — failed payments, refunds, disputes/chargebacks;
— Розслідування складних платіжних кейсів (unauthorized payments, chargeback threats, підозрілі транзакції, пошук root cause);
— Комунікація з користувачами щодо платіжних питань (refund-запити, disputes, unauthorized payments) через ticket-based системи;
— Робота з fraud-кейсами та аналіз fraud patterns;.
— Взаємодія зі стейкхолдерами (product, support, payments, compliance);

— Базове розуміння онлайн платежів та fraud patterns;
— Англійська — B1+, розмовна та письмова. Для нас це важливо, тому що спілкуємося в основному з американцями;
— Готовність працювати в нічні зміни (19:00 — 3:00);
— Аналітичний підхід до розслідування проблем;
— Вміння працювати в багатозадачному середовищі з частою зміною підходів
— Вміння працювати з SLA та ескалаціями;
