Data Labeling Specialist

This is a person who helps neural networks understand contexts. Your role is detailed labeling of photos and texts according to guidelines. You don't just process content — you become a teacher for AI, where every decision you make becomes a benchmark for future technologies.

Your goals in this role:

— Achieve and maintain consistently high processing speed without losing quality and accuracy in every individual decision;

— Actively contribute to building a unified team logic when discussing complex cases to minimize discrepancies in labeling;

— Demonstrate exceptional flexibility by quickly mastering new types of projects.

What matters to us:

— The ability to make logical decisions based on large volumes of information;

— The ability to clearly articulate your opinion and explain the logic behind your decisions;

— English at B1 level;

— Readiness for active teamwork;

— Quick adaptation to new labeling rules that may change dynamically;

— Having your own laptop or PC and a stable internet connection;

— It will be a plus if you already have experience labeling data for ML.

We are currently looking for a Data Labeling Specialist, to raise the bar of results together.

— Активно сприяти формуванню єдиної логіки команди під час обговорення складних кейсів для мінімізації розбіжностей у розмітці;

— Демонструвати виняткову гнучкість через швидке опанування нових типів проектів.

— Здатність приймати логічні рішення на основі великих обсягів інформації;

— Вміння чітко аргументувати свою думку та пояснити логіку вибору;

— Англійська мова на рівні B1;

— Готовність до активної командної роботи;

— Швидка адаптація до нових правил розмітки які можуть динамічно змінюватись;

— Наявність власного ноутбука або ПК та стабільного інтернет-з’єднання;

— Буде плюсом, якщо ти вже працював над розмітками для ML.
