Requirements

• Previous experience in consultative sales, telesales, or commercial customer service (phone or in-person): retail, insurance, banking, energy, telecom, etc.
• Strong commercial skills: needs identification, argumentation, closing, and objection handling. Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport during calls.
• Results-oriented and able to work toward commercial goals: you don't back down from a "no" and you understand working toward objectives.
• Organizational, planning, and priority management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Call center experience will be highly valued.
• High level of Spanish.
• High level of English, French, Italian, German, Arabic, or Portuguese.
• Ability to work in multicultural and international environments.

From Grupo Planeta we are looking for a Sales Agent + languages to join our Valencia team in Digital Sales, responsible for marketing the group's training offering and activating cross-cutting projects and campaigns across various sectors.

You will be part of ACTIVA, the service unit of Grupo Planeta, specialized in business process outsourcing with a specific focus on client relationships.

Job mission:

Ensure proactive, results-driven commercial management, building trusting relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions to achieve sales targets and drive business growth, always delivering a positive, professional client experience.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Make outbound calls to promote products or services according to the assigned campaign.
• Provide clear, detailed information about the features, benefits, and terms of each offer.
• Record accurate, up-to-date information in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Work toward achieving the commercial and performance targets defined for each campaign.
• Effectively and professionally manage and overcome potential client objections.
• Provide clear, persuasive responses designed to build trust and close opportunities.
