Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspector

The selected candidate will carry out non-destructive inspections and tests in different industrial and construction environments, ensuring compliance with the quality and safety standards established in each project.

They will work in coordination with different technical teams and take part in varied projects for clients from different sectors.

• Performing non-destructive testing in the field.

• Carrying out inspections according to applicable procedures and regulations.

• Preparing technical reports and recording results.

• Verifying compliance with quality and safety criteria.

• Coordinating with project managers and the client.

• Traveling to different locations and projects within the assigned area.

• Additional NDT certifications.

• Experience in industrial sectors, oil & gas, energy, steel structures, or infrastructure.

• Experience working with different clients and simultaneous projects.

• Occupational health and safety training.

At SOCOTEC Spain, we are an international engineering firm specializing in inspection, quality control, testing, and technical consultancy, participating in infrastructure, industry, and construction projects throughout the entire asset life cycle.

We are currently looking to add a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspector to join us and work on different projects and clients in the Barcelona area.

• UNE-EN ISO 9712 certification in at least one of the following methods:

  • UT (Ultrasonic Testing)

  • VT (Visual Testing)

  • MT (Magnetic Particle Testing)

  • PT (Penetrant Testing)

• Previous experience performing non-destructive testing and inspections.

• Valid driver's license (category B) and availability to travel.

• Ability to work in different environments and projects.

• Responsible, organized profile with a focus on technical quality.

La persona seleccionada realizará inspecciones y ensayos no destructivos en diferentes entornos industriales y de obra, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad establecidos en cada proyecto.

Trabajará en coordinación con distintos equipos técnicos y participará en proyectos variados para clientes de diferentes sectores.

• Realización de ensayos no destructivos en campo.

• Ejecución de inspecciones según procedimientos y normativa aplicable.

• Elaboración de informes técnicos y registro de resultados.

• Verificación del cumplimiento de criterios de calidad y seguridad.

• Coordinación con responsables de proyecto y cliente.

• Desplazamientos a diferentes ubicaciones y proyectos dentro de la zona asignada.

• Certificaciones adicionales END.

• Experiencia en sectores industriales, oil & gas, energía, estructuras metálicas o infraestructuras.

• Experiencia trabajando con diferentes clientes y proyectos simultáneos.

• Formación en PRL.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar un/a Inspector/a de Ensayos No Destructivos (END) para participar en diferentes proyectos y clientes en la zona de Barcelona.

• Certificación UNE-EN ISO 9712 en al menos uno de los siguientes métodos:

  • MT (Partículas Magnéticas)

  • PT (Líquidos Penetrantes)

• Experiencia previa realizando ensayos no destructivos e inspecciones.

• Carnet de conducir B y disponibilidad para desplazamientos.
