At SOCOTEC Spain we are looking for a Building Surveyor to join the Quality Control area in Vitoria.

The selected person will take part in technical inspection, control and evaluation work on different building elements, combining fieldwork with the preparation of documentation and technical reports.

The position offers the opportunity to specialize in activities related to construction quality control, materials testing, structural inspection and verification of installations.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in developing their career in the field of inspection and quality control. Previous experience is not essential, as technical training, learning ability and motivation to grow in this specialty will be especially valued.

• Carrying out inspections and technical controls in buildings

• Participation in work related to energy certifications

• Data collection and support in preparing technical reports on structures

• Monitoring and control of concrete testing

• Participation in non-destructive testing applied to structures and materials

• Performing and monitoring airtightness tests

• Inspection and control of roofs

• Review of drainage networks

• Performing tests and technical controls on building systems

• Coordination with laboratory technicians and operational staff for the execution of tests and field work

• Preparation of documentation and technical reports associated with the inspections carried out

• Education: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification

• Interest in developing a professional career in quality control, technical inspection and testing applied to buildings

• Ability to combine field work with the preparation of technical documentation

• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team

• Fluent Spanish

• Driving licence B

• Previous experience in construction quality control

En SOCOTEC Spain buscamos un/a Aparejador/a para incorporarse al área de Control de Calidad en Vitoria.

La persona seleccionada participará en trabajos técnicos de inspección, control y evaluación de diferentes elementos de edificación, combinando el trabajo de campo con la elaboración de documentación e informes técnicos.

La posición ofrece la oportunidad de especializarse en actividades relacionadas con el control de calidad de la construcción, los ensayos de materiales, la inspección de estructuras y la comprobación de instalaciones.

• Realización de inspecciones y controles técnicos en edificación

• Participación en trabajos relacionados con certificaciones energéticas

• Toma de datos y apoyo en la elaboración de informes técnicos de estructuras

• Seguimiento y control de ensayos de hormigón

• Participación en ensayos no destructivos aplicados a estructuras y materiales

• Realización y seguimiento de pruebas de estanqueidad

• Inspección y control de cubiertas

• Revisión de redes de saneamiento

• Coordinación con laborantes y personal operativo para la ejecución de ensayos y trabajos de campo

• Formación: Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de Edificación, Ingeniería Industrial o titulación equivalente

• Interés por desarrollar una carrera profesional en control de calidad, inspección técnica y ensayos aplicados a la edificación

• Capacidad para combinar trabajo de campo con elaboración de documentación técnica

• Capacidad de organización y trabajo en equipo

• Castellano fluido

• Carnet de conducir B

• Experiencia previa en control de calidad de la construcción

• Conocimientos de ensayos de hormigón y materiales de construcción

• Experiencia o conocimientos en inspección y evaluación de estructuras
