Health and Safety Coordinator on construction sites

At SOCOTEC Spain, a leading company in engineering, technical control and quality assurance, we are looking to hire a Health and Safety Coordinator for civil works and building projects.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during the execution phase, coordinating the different parties involved and ensuring the correct implementation of preventive procedures on site.

• Act as Health and Safety Coordinator during the execution phase.

• Supervise the correct application of the Health and Safety Plan.

• Carry out periodic site visits and preventive monitoring.

• Coordinate business activities (CAE).

• Draft monitoring reports and coordination minutes.

• Provide technical advice on preventive matters to the Technical Management and the Developer.

• Identify risks and propose corrective measures.

• Document control and verification of regulatory compliance.

• Technical qualification (if the qualification is foreign, it must be officially recognised in Spain):

  • Civil Engineering / Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports)

  • Architecture / Technical Architecture

  • Building Engineering

  • Industrial Engineering or similar

• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention or Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention, at least in the speciality of Safety at Work.

• Experience as a health and safety coordinator on construction sites in Spain; 20 years

• Registered in the Community of Madrid's coordinator registry, with a minimum seniority of 3 years.

• Driving license B.

• Availability for occasional travel.

En SOCOTEC Spain, empresa líder en ingeniería, control técnico y aseguramiento de la calidad, buscamos incorporar un/a Coordinador/a de Seguridad y Salud para proyectos de obra civil y edificación.

Si te motiva trabajar en proyectos técnicos de alto nivel, con autonomía y responsabilidad real en obra y eres arquitecto/a o ingeniero/a, queremos conocerte.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa en materia de seguridad y salud en fase de ejecución, coordinando a los distintos agentes intervinientes y asegurando la correcta implantación de los procedimientos preventivos en obra.

• Actuar como Coordinador/a de Seguridad y Salud en fase de ejecución.

• Supervisar la correcta aplicación del Plan de Seguridad y Salud.

• Realizar visitas periódicas a obra y seguimiento preventivo.

• Coordinar actividades empresariales (CAE).

• Redactar informes de seguimiento y actas de coordinación.

• Asesorar técnicamente a la Dirección Facultativa y al Promotor en materia preventiva.

• Identificar riesgos y proponer medidas correctoras.

• Control documental y verificación del cumplimiento normativo.

• Titulación técnica, (en caso de ser titulo extranjero que esté homologado en España):

  • Ingeniería Civil / Ingeniería de Caminos

  • Arquitectura / Arquitectura Técnica

  • Ingeniería de Edificación

  • Ingeniería Industrial o similar

• Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales o Técnico/a Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, al menos en la especialidad de Seguridad en el Trabajo.

• Experiencia como coordinador de seguridad y salud en obras de construcción en España; 20 años

• Inscrito en el registro de coordinadores de la Comunidad de Madrid, con una antigüedad mínima de 3 años.

• Carnet de conducir B.

• Disponibilidad para desplazamientos puntuales.

• Contrato indefinido.
