Located in a working olive grove, Soho Farmhouse Ibiza brings all the things we love about Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire to members living and visiting the White Isle, including rooms, an outdoor pool, a holistic wellness experience with a gym, yoga deck and treatment rooms, and an organic farm-to-table restaurant and bar.

As a Runner at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza, your role is to ensure that our members have an incredible experience at all times. With a natural charm for hospitality, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.

Your main responsibilities will be to support the waiting staff teams in the smooth running of the service. This includes ensuring that plates and drinks arrive in excellent condition at the table, keeping the restaurant stations clean and tidy, as well as the utensils: trays, pepper and salt shakers, tongs, napkins, etc.

• Ensure that the bins are emptied regularly and guarantee cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Carry out opening and closing procedures, including, among others, setting up and dismantling the stations
• Maintain an impeccable and pristine working environment, both front and back of house
• Carry plates and drinks to the tables when necessary
• Take measures in all matters related to the safety, protection, satisfaction and well-being of employees and members
• Ensure the proper treatment of VIPs, protecting their privacy and confidentiality
• Support the team in any of their needs

We do not require that you have a lot of experience, but we will value that you have worked in that environment and know the main tasks. We are looking for people with a natural instinct for first-class service. You will be reliable, kind and delighted to be part of the team that strives for success.

No requerimos que tengas gran experiencia, pero sí valoraremos que hayas trabajado en ese entorno y conozcas las principales tareas. Buscamos personas con instinto natural para el servicio de primera clase. Serás fiable, amable y estarás encantado de formar parte del equipo que se esfuerza por alcanzar el éxito.
