About the role

🔔 We are offering a Dishwasher position to work at Amàre Hotels, adults-only hotels with an exciting combination of live music, exceptional gastronomy, and sophisticated design in prime beachfront locations.

The Dishwasher will be responsible for cleaning the machinery, utensils, kitchenware, and the different areas of the kitchen, following the HACCP plan and the cleaning plan, as well as ensuring optimal hygienic conditions in the areas adjacent to the kitchen.

What you'll do

Your day-to-day will look like this…

• Ensure the achievement of the established departmental goals, as well as compliance with critical processes and area presentations, in accordance with the standards established by the hotel.

• Load and unload the dishwasher, dry and organize the tableware, cutlery, and glassware.

• Clean and prepare the kitchen utensils and equipment and make them available to the Cook and Kitchen Assistant.

• Clean the kitchen area, organizing times well and ensuring the final result is optimal.

• Clean the kitchen machinery, ensuring it is left in perfect condition for the next service.

• Perform the cleaning of the pantry/office area.

• Place the weekly order for cleaning supplies and report it to the Head Chef.

• Prepare the tableware for the different points of sale available in the organization, to streamline the work of the work team.

• Comply with the use of the PPE required to perform the duties of the position.

• Ensure the correct use of materials and facilities, reporting any damage or breakage of kitchen utensils that occurs and notifying about it.

• Perform other duties within the scope of their responsibilities as requested by their direct supervisor.

• Comply with the quality, health and safety, environmental, and data protection standards established by the organization.

🎓Graduate in Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). Food Handler Certificate.
