Food and beverages are served to customers in the assigned outlet, providing a professional, efficient and flexible service following the standards and values of 7Pines Resort Ibiza.

Maximising sales and customer satisfaction is encouraged.

Health and hygiene standards (HACCP) are complied with.

Energy and material saving policies are followed and waste generated is recycled.

Good communication is maintained with all colleagues in the team and other departments on matters that may affect the hotel's operations and the well-being of guests.

Other responsibilities of the position: knowing the products offered in the assigned outlet. Handling customer inquiries politely and efficiently. Informing supervisors of customer complaints and comments. Knowing how to use the existing POS system. Ensuring the workplace and surrounding area are kept clean and organised at all times. Carrying out the closing and opening of the outlet according to service standards.

Se sirven los alimentos y bebidas a los clientes en el outlet asignado, proporcionando un servicio profesional, eficiente y flexible siguiendo estándares y valores de 7Pines Resort Ibiza.

Se fomenta maximizar las ventas maximizar la satisfacción de los clientes.

Se cumple con las normas de salud e higiene (APPCC).

Se siguen las políticas de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.

Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.

Otras responsabilidades del puesto: conocer los productos ofrecidos en el outlet asignado. Atender las consultas de los clientes de manera cortés y eficiente. Informar a los supervisores de las quejas y los comentarios de los clientes. Saber manejar el sistema de TPV existente. Garantizar que el lugar de trabajo y la zona circundante se mantengan limpios y organizados en todo momento. Realizar el cierre y la apertura del outlet según los estándares de servicio.
