What you'll do

•      Manage the assigned suites or VIP area comprehensively during the event days.

•      Coordinate the team of supervisors, waiters/waitresses and bartenders in your area.

•      Ensure VIP service standards are met at all times.

What are we looking for?

•      Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams in high-end catering, VIP catering or premium hospitality.

•      Fluent English (essential).

•      Ability to work under pressure in high-demand environments.

•      Excellent personal presentation and knowledge of VIP protocol.

•      Communication and conflict resolution skills.
