Social Educator for CRAE in Castelló d'Empúries

Role duties:
- Participate in the planning of the service's educational project.
- Foster conditions that ensure the child/adolescent is welcomed in an environment of affection, understanding, and emotional and material security.
- Observe the child/adolescent broadly in emotional, relational, behavioral, and habit-related aspects, among others, in order to get to know and understand them and, as a reference person, subsequently develop their individual work plan and the necessary documents to monitor the case.
- Participate in preparing the proposed measure.
- Take charge of the young person's admission process to the service.
- Ensure good educational practice through continuous evaluation of the educational process.

What do you need?

• Completed degree in Social Education.

• Possession of a valid driver's license. 

• Certificate of no sexual offenses.

• Proactivity, communication skills, and teamwork skills. 

• Holding a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

• Temporary replacement contract.

• Working hours: 38 hours per week.

• Schedule: Weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. + 2 nights per month.

• Salary: €26,527.81 gross per year + weekend and night shift bonus.

• Start date: Immediate.

Funcions del rol:
- Participació en la programació del projecte educatiu del servei.
- Afavorir les condicions que garanteixin l'acollida de l'infant/ adolescent en un ambient d'afecte, comprensió i seguretat emocional i material.
- Observar de manera àmplia l'infant/ adolescent en els aspectes emocionals, relacionals, de conducta, d'hàbits, etc. per tal de conèixe'l i comprendre'l i, com a referent, elaborar posteriorment el seu Pla de treball individual i els documents necessaris per a fer seguiment del cas.
- Participar en l'elaboració de la proposta de mesura.
- Encarregar-se del procés d’acollida del jove al servei.
- Garantir la bona pràctica educativa mitjançant l'avaluació continuada del procés educatiu.

Què necessites?

• Grau en Educació Social finalitzat.

• Disposar de carnet de conduir. 

• Certificat de delictes de naturalesa sexual negatiu.

• Proactivitat, habilitats comunicatives i de treball en equip. 

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%.

• Contracte temporal de substitució.

• Jornada: 38h/setmanals.

• Horari: Caps de setmana i festius de 10h a 22h + 2 nits al mes.

• Salari: 26.527,81€ b/a + plus de caps de setmana i nocturnitat.
