Support service for young adults experiencing homelessness in the Alt Empordà region.

Role duties

• Tasks related to comprehensive support for 15 young people aged 18 to 25 experiencing homelessness.

• Record keeping and use of Excel.

• Emergency phone duty

What do you need?

• Completed Higher Degree in Social Integration.

• Certificate of no sexual offenses.

• Valid driver's license is essential.

• Proactivity, communication skills, and teamwork.

• Experience in caring for people experiencing homelessness is valued.

• Holding a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

• Schedule: 3 mornings and 2 afternoons.

Funcions del rol

• Tasques relacionades amb l'acompanyament integral a 15 joves de 18 a 25 anys en situació de sensellarisme.

• Registre i ús de l'excel.

• Telèfon per urgències

Què necessites?

• Grau Superior integració Social finalitzat.

• Certificat de delictes de naturalesa sexual negatiu.

• Imprescindible carnet de conduir.

• Proactivitat, habilitats comunicatives i de treball en equip.

• Valorable experiència en atenció a persones en situació de sensellarisme.

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%.
