Requirements

What we're looking for

Completed degree in Psychology and membership in the COPC (Official College of Psychologists of Catalonia).
Experience in gender-based violence is essential.
A valid B driver's license and own vehicle are essential.
Ability to work independently and self-manage.
Flexible working hours.
Must be registered as self-employed (autónomo).

Nice to have

A Master's degree in Forensic and Criminal Psychology, Criminal Profiling and Behavior Analysis, or related master's degrees in gender-based violence will be valued.
A degree in Criminology will be valued. Must be a member of the COPC.
Holding a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

The role

We are looking for a psychologist to conduct training programs related to violent offenses within the framework of Alternative Criminal Measures, based in Figueres.

What you'll do

Conducting diagnostic interviews, monitoring, and completing the program for candidates participating in the training program.
Administering the corresponding psychometric tools for different violent offenses to assess risk before and after the training program.
Preparing and delivering group or individual sessions for the different training programs.

How you'll work

Working hours: approximately 10 hours per week.
Schedule: Weekday schedule to be agreed upon based on service needs. Availability on Saturdays is essential.
Contract duration: one year, renewable.
Salary: 19.48 euros per hour.
Area: Figueres.
Start date: 10/19/2026.
