Role duties

• 🤝 Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in developing the individual educational program.

• 🌱 Strengthen social skills to promote personal and social autonomy.

• 🤗 Foster cohesion and integration within the group of adolescents, using group techniques and strategies.

• 🔍 Detect, prevent, and intervene in conflict situations.

• 🎯 Support the implementation of the educational project activities.

• 🚦 Provide guidance to adolescents by setting limits on their actions.

• 🤝 Build effective emotional and trusting bonds with the adolescent to support their growth.

EUR 23,100 per year

What do we offer?

• Temporary vacancy from August 30 to December 30, with possible extension.

• Working hours: 38 hours/week.

• Schedule: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. + 2 nights on alternate Tuesdays from 10 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.

• Salary: €23,100.28 gross/year + night shift and weekend bonus.

• Start date: 08/29/2026.

CHILDHOOD AND YOUTH AREA

• Completed Higher Degree in Social Integration.

• Experience in youth care is valued.

• Hold a driver's license and have your own vehicle to get to the service.

• Certificate of no sexual offenses.

• Proactivity, communication skills, and teamwork.

• Holding a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

• 🚦 Donar pautes als adolescents posant els límits a les seves actuacions.

• 🤝 Establir vincles afectius i de confiança amb l’adolescent de manera eficaç per afavorir el seu creixement.

Què t’oferim?

• Vacant temporal del 30 d'agost fins el 30 de desembre amb possible allargament.

• Jornada: 38h/setmanals.

• Horari: Dissabtes, diumenges i festius de 10h a 22h +2 nits els dimarts quinzenal de 22h a 8.30h.

• Salari: 23.100,28€ b/a + plus nocturnitat i caps de setmana.

• Data incorporació: 29/08/2026.

ÀMBIT INFÀNCIA, ADOLESCÈNCIA I JOVES

• Grau Superior Integració Social finalitzat.

• Valorable experiència en atenció a joves.

• Disposar de carnet de conduir i vehicle propi per arribar al servei.

• Certificat de delictes de naturalesa sexual negatiu.

• Proactivitat, habilitats comunicatives i de treball en equip.

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%.
