Physiotherapist for a Day Center for the Elderly in Peralada

Role duties

• Carry out the physiotherapy assessment upon admission.

• Identify problems, set goals, and define the physiotherapy treatment in terms of prevention, maintenance, and therapy.

• Inform and involve the user, their family members, or their reference person.

• Apply appropriate physiotherapy treatments and techniques, individually or in groups.

• Prepare physiotherapy reports.

• Assess, advise, train, adapt, and monitor technical aids and/or adaptations in coordination with the interdisciplinary team.

What do you need?

• Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy.

• Knowledge of the person-centred care model.

• Experience in the elderly care sector is valued.

• Holding a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

• Salary: €405.09 gross per month (€4,861.05 gross per year).

Funcions del rol

• Fer la valoració de fisioteràpia en el moment del seu ingrés.

• Identificar els problemes, establir els objectius i definir el tractament de fisioteràpia en l'aspecte preventiu, de manteniment i terapèutic.

• Informar i implicar la persona usuària, els seus familiars o persona de referència.

• Aplicar els tractaments i les tècniques adients de fisioteràpia, de manera individual o grupal.

• Elaborar els informes de fisioteràpia.

• Valorar, assessorar, entrenar, adaptar i fer el seguiment de les ajudes tècniques i/o adaptacions en coordinació amb l'equip interdisciplinari.

Què necessites?

• Grau/ Diplomatura en Fisioterapia.

• Conèixer el model de treball d'atenció centrada en la persona.

• Valorable experiència en el sector de les persones grans.

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%.
