Role duties

• 🤝 Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in developing the individual educational program.

• 🌱 Enhance social skills to promote personal and social autonomy.

• 🤗 Foster cohesion and integration within the group of adolescents, using group techniques and strategies.

• 🔍 Detect, prevent, and intervene in conflict situations.

• 🎯 Support the implementation of activities in the educational project.

• 🚦 Provide guidance to adolescents by setting limits on their actions.

• 🤝 Build effective emotional and trusting bonds with adolescents to support their growth.

• Temporary vacancy until December.

• Working hours: 30 hours per week.

• Schedule: Rotating shifts. 

• Salary: €1,519.76 gross/month + night shift and weekend bonus.

• Start date: immediate.

CHILDHOOD AND YOUTH AREA

• Completed Higher Degree in Social Integration.

• Experience in care for children and young people is valued.

• Must hold a driver's license.

• Certificate of no sexual offenses.

• Proactivity, communication skills, and teamwork.

• Holding a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

• 🤝 Col·laborar amb l’equip interdisciplinari en l’elaboració del programa educatiu individual.

ÀMBIT INFÀNCIA, ADOLESCÈNCIA I JOVES

• Grau Superior Integració Social finalitzat.

• Valorable experiència en atenció a infància i joves.

• Disposar de carnet de conduir.

• Certificat de delictes de naturalesa sexual negatiu.

• Proactivitat, habilitats comunicatives i de treball en equip.

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%.
