Interior Subsystems Engineer

What will your job involve?
You will join the interior systems team, within the Engineering Department, at our Bilbao site.

Your mission will be to develop, define, and integrate the train's interior subsystems, ensuring their proper technical justification, compliance with requirements, and final validation, working in a coordinated manner with suppliers and internal engineering teams.

And to do so, you will carry out tasks such as:

• Developing and validating the technical solutions for the interior subsystems, preparing and reviewing the documentation that justifies the design and demonstrates compliance with requirements.
• Managing and maintaining requirements traceability in DOORS, ensuring their proper definition, monitoring, and validation with the client and suppliers.
• Coordinating the technical integration of the subsystem with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coherence and functional compatibility.
• Carrying out the technical management and monitoring of suppliers, evaluating offers and ensuring compliance with scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Identifying and controlling subsystem risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation actions and acting as the technical point of contact with the client and suppliers.

What we are looking for

• Technical Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Demonstrable experience with DOORS.
• Solid knowledge of NX and Teamcenter.
• Experience with SAP and in technical supplier management.
• Functional English level that allows for technical conversation.

• Permanent contract.

¿En qué consistirá tu trabajo?
Te integrarás en el equipo de Sistemas de interiorismo, dentro de la Dirección de Ingeniería, en nuestro centro de Bilbao.

Tu misión será desarrollar, definir e integrar los subsistemas de interiorismo del tren, asegurando su correcta justificación técnica, su cumplimiento de requisitos y su validación final, trabajando de manera coordinada con proveedores y con equipos internos de ingeniería.

Y para ello, realizarás funciones como:

• Desarrollar y validar las soluciones técnicas de los subsistemas de interiores, elaborando y revisando la documentación que justifica el diseño y demuestra su cumplimiento de requisitos.
• Gestionar y mantener la trazabilidad de requisitos en DOORS, asegurando su correcta definición, seguimiento y validación con cliente y proveedores.
• Coordinar la integración técnica del subsistema con equipos multidisciplinares para garantizar coherencia y compatibilidad funcional.
• Realizar la gestión técnica y el seguimiento de proveedores, evaluando ofertas y asegurando cumplimiento en alcance, coste, plazo y calidad.
• Identificar y controlar riesgos y oportunidades del subsistema, proponiendo acciones de mitigación y actuando como interlocutor técnico ante cliente y proveedores.

Lo que buscamos en ti

• Ingeniería Técnica o Grado en Ingeniería.
• Experiencia demostrable en DOORS.
• Conocimientos sólidos de NX y Teamcenter.
• Experiencia con SAP y en la gestión técnica de proveedores.
• Nivel de inglés funcional que permita mantener conversación técnica.

• Contrato de carácter indefinido.
• Paquete retributivo compuesto por salario fijo, variable y plan de pensiones.
