You will join the Production Management team at our Rivabellosa (Álava) facility, and your mission will be to ensure cross-departmental coordination through the cell, guaranteeing manufacturing follow-up and implementing necessary corrective actions. You will work transversally on projects, ensuring that the work carried out in the cell meets the defined requirements and objectives.

What you'll do

Your duties will be:

  • Meet the objectives, tasks, and responsibilities assigned to your cell for the various projects under execution, carrying out the actions defined by the Project Management Teams.
  • Coordinate the different areas involved in the cell, ensuring they meet the technical and contractual requirements, as well as the objectives defined for the project and internally.
  • Monitor the objectives, milestones, and tasks of the cell, identifying potential deviations and getting involved in defining actions to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with the defined manufacturing and commissioning processes, identifying and communicating best practices, lessons learned, and opportunities for standardizing them.
  • Provide support in the development of the technical-economic proposal.

  • Essential: Technical Engineering, Higher Engineering, or a Degree in Engineering, specializing in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a project coordinator, performing functions similar to those described.

  • Knowledge of processes and procedures in the areas of a cell (engineering, purchasing, quality, and maintenance).
  • Coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Organizational management and planning skills, as well as analytical skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and a results, quality, and customer-oriented approach.
