Planning and Control Manager

What we are looking for 🔎

• Education: Technical Engineering, Higher Engineering, or a degree in engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in project planning, monitoring, and control functions.
• Technical knowledge of project management, planning, and economic control.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and proficiency with tools such as Excel, SAP, and Qlik.
• Knowledge of risk analysis and project-level reporting.
• Advanced English level, minimum B2.

What will your job involve? 📌

You will join the Project Planning and Control Department within the Project Management Division.

Your mission will be to lead comprehensive project planning, ensuring efficient execution, rigorous cost control, proactive risk and opportunity management, and cross-functional coordination with all involved areas.

To do so, you will carry out the following duties:

• Lead comprehensive project planning and control, ensuring consistency between scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate risk and opportunity management, as well as associated action plans.
• Perform project cost monitoring and control using Excel, Qlik, and SAP, validating estimates and supporting the monthly cost committee.
• Oversee progress tracking, detecting deviations and reporting periodically to project management.
• Review contractual documentation, the project documentation structure, and support the Project Manager in key meetings, stakeholder analysis, and the initial project phase.

• Flexible working hours (arrival from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and departure from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) with intensive working hours in summer. Option to work remotely 2 days per week after completing the 6-month probation period.
