What would your job involve? 💡

You will join the Quality Management team, working cross-functionally with the Engineering Management team on product development projects, based in Las Matas, Madrid.

Your mission will be to drive quality in product development from the early design stages, acting proactively to ensure technical robustness, correct application of requirements, and reduction of incidents throughout the entire product lifecycle.

What you'll do

To achieve this, you will carry out functions such as:

  • Coordinate the implementation of problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies (8D, root cause analysis, Lean/Green Belt), ensuring their correct application in engineering.
  • Lead quality problem-solving during the design phase, participating in cross-functional analyses and driving corrective actions.
  • Participate in design reviews (Design Reviews / Design Gates), identifying quality risks early and ensuring the application of criteria and lessons learned.
  • Monitor non-quality cost indicators and process effectiveness, identifying root causes and proposing improvement plans.
  • Promote training and dissemination of quality methodologies, as well as coordinate improvement initiatives with internal teams and suppliers.

  • Technical Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in quality in product development or engineering, especially in industrial environments.

  • High level of spoken and written English (minimum B2). A high level of spoken and written German or French will be valued.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, including pivot tables, creating charts, macros, etc.
