Couplings Mechanic

You will join a mechanical department at our facility located in Rivabellosa.

Your mission will be to carry out the mechanical assemblies for the train coupling and its installations, in accordance with Talgo's rules and procedures, ensuring an optimal level of quality, schedule, cost, and safety.

To achieve this, you will carry out functions such as:

• • You will be an essential part of the mechanical assembly and coupling that make up Talgo trains.
  • You will interpret mechanical blueprints with precision to carry out the couplings that make up the train, as well as the initial guiding and leveling of the trainsets upon leaving the factory.
  • You will follow work instructions and established procedures, ensuring that each step of the process contributes to a flawless and safe final result.
  • You will demonstrate your technical skill in every detail. You will use hand tools such as torque wrenches, pneumatic riveters, impact wrenches, drills, threaders, saws, and angle grinders, applying your expertise to achieve the correct coupling of the trains.

• Training at the Intermediate or Advanced Level in Industrial Mechanics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience performing mechanical assemblies in an industrial setting and with the hand tools mentioned above.
• Knowledge of reading mechanical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with a forklift (front) is a plus.
• Availability to work three shifts and to travel both domestically and internationally if required.

Te integrarás en un departamento mecánico de nuestro centro ubicado en Rivabellosa.

Tu misión será la de realizar los montajes mecánicos para el acople del tren y sus instalaciones, de acuerdo a las normas y procedimientos de Talgo, asegurando un nivel óptimo de calidad, plazo, coste y seguridad.

Y para ello, realizarás funciones como:

• • Serás parte esencial en el montaje y acople mecánico que forman parte de los trenes Talgo.
  • Interpretarás planos mecánicos con precisión para realizar los acoples que conforman el tren, así como el guiado y nivelado inicial de las composiciones a su salida de fábrica.
  • Seguirás instrucciones de trabajo y procedimientos establecidos, garantizando que cada paso del proceso contribuya a un resultado final impecable y seguro.
  • Demostrarás tu habilidad técnica en cada detalle. Utilizarás herramientas manuales como llaves dinamométricas, remachadoras neumáticas, llaves de impacto, taladros, roscadoras, sierras y radiales aportando tu destreza para lograr el correcto acople de los trenes.

• Formación de Grado Medio o Superior en Mecánica Industrial o similar.
• Experiencia de al menos 2 años realizando montajes mecánicos en ámbito industrial y con herramienta manual citada anteriormente.
• Conocimiento de lectura de esquemas y planos mecánicos.
• Valorable experiencia con carretilla elevadora (frontal).
• Disponibilidad para trabajar a 3 turnos y para viajar tanto a nivel nacional como internacional si fuera necesario.
