We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Technician with After-Sales Service support to join a company specialized in integral solutions for the HORECA and Retail sectors, participating in warehouse management, logistics, and coordination with the After-Sales Service and installations teams.

• Integral warehouse management and stock control, guaranteeing the availability and traceability of materials.

• Coordination of goods incoming and outgoing: orders, deliveries, and returns.

• Planning and control of technical resources, materials, and subcontractors in coordination with After-Sales Service and installations.

• Definition and optimization of processes and work protocols in warehouse and logistics.

• Monitoring of KPIs related to stock rotation and availability, material and After-Sales Service costs, resolution times, and productivity.

• Coordination with Purchasing to anticipate needs and ensure the availability of critical materials.

• Support in resource planning during peak workloads.

• Identification of inefficiencies and proposal of improvements in logistical and operational processes.

• Monitoring and support for technical work carried out by the After-Sales Service and installations teams.

• Occasional participation in field work, installations, maintenance, or incident resolution.
