The role
We are looking for a Food Safety Technician - Assistant to the Manager to join a leading company in the production of fruit and vegetable products, providing support to the Food Safety Manager in the management, monitoring, and improvement of the plant's food safety systems.
What you'll do
Manage and monitor customer complaints, including root cause analysis and the preparation of responses.
Review and monitor analytical results and food safety controls.
Prepare, coordinate, and monitor customer audits and IFS certification audits.
Maintain and update HACCP system documentation and associated procedures.
Manage corrective and preventive actions derived from incidents, audits, and internal controls.
Investigate and analyze incidents related to food safety and propose corrective measures.
Collaborate in the continuous improvement of the plant's food safety processes and systems.
Provide support and coverage for the Microbiological Laboratory Assistant position when necessary.
