Project Manager SCADA - WinCC OA

We are looking for a profile with experience in industrial project management and coordination of SCADA solutions, especially in WinCC OA (Siemens) environments, with the ability to lead digital transformation projects and act as the main point of contact with clients.

The selected candidate will work alongside the current technical team, bringing a global vision, organizational skills, and operational leadership, ensuring proper project tracking, team coordination, and fluid communication with clients.

The responsibilities of the selected candidate will be:

Leading and coordinating SCADA integration projects in industrial environments.

Acting as the main point of contact with clients, providing continuous project follow-up and ensuring fluid and efficient communication.

Coordinating the internal technical team, facilitating planning, prioritization, and task tracking.

Managing project scope, planning, risks, milestones, and needs.

Technically supervising implemented solutions, ensuring functional and technical alignment with client requirements.

Participating in gathering functional requirements and defining solutions together with the client and the technical team.

Monitoring progress using agile methodologies (SCRUM).

Reporting progress status, risks, and needs to the Team Leader and project stakeholders.

Identifying opportunities for improvement and new needs among industrial clients within the scope of Industry 4.0.

Facilitating collaboration between the client, technology partners, and the internal team.

The main requirements are:

Education in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Automation, or similar fields.

Demonstrable experience in managing and coordinating industrial projects related to SCADA, automation, or digitalization.

Technical knowledge of SCADA environments, preferably WinCC OA (Siemens), as well as industrial integration architectures.

Ability to communicate directly with clients, manage meetings, follow up on functional aspects, and gather requirements.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.

General knowledge of related technologies and environments:

SQL Server

.NET / C#

REST APIs

Integration scripts

MES environments / Industry 4.0

Valuable experience with MES solutions from AVEVA, OPCENTER EXECUTION (Siemens), and System Platform.

Experience working with agile methodologies (SCRUM).

Profile oriented toward management, organization, problem-solving, and collaborative leadership.

Ability to work in dynamic industrial environments with multiple stakeholders.

Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en gestión de proyectos industriales y coordinación de soluciones SCADA, especialmente en entornos WinCC OA (Siemens), con capacidad para liderar proyectos de transformación digital y actuar como interlocutor principal con cliente.

La persona incorporada trabajará junto al equipo técnico actual, aportando visión global, capacidad organizativa y liderazgo operativo, asegurando el correcto seguimiento de proyectos, la coordinación entre equipos y una comunicación fluida con cliente.

Las funciones de la persona seleccionada serán:

Liderar y coordinar proyectos de integración SCADA en entornos industriales.

Actuar como interlocutor principal con cliente, realizando seguimiento continuo del proyecto y garantizando una comunicación fluida y eficiente.

Coordinar al equipo técnico interno, facilitando la planificación, priorización y seguimiento de tareas.

Gestionar el alcance, planificación, riesgos, hitos y necesidades del proyecto.

Supervisar técnicamente las soluciones implantadas, asegurando alineación funcional y técnica con los requerimientos del cliente.

Participar en la toma de requerimientos funcionales y definición de soluciones junto al cliente y el equipo técnico.

Realizar seguimiento mediante metodologías ágiles (SCRUM).

Reportar el estado de avance, riesgos y necesidades al Team Leader y stakeholders del proyecto.

Identificar oportunidades de mejora y nuevas necesidades en clientes industriales dentro del ámbito de la Industria 4.0.

Facilitar la colaboración entre cliente, partners tecnológicos y equipo interno.

Los principales requisitos son:

Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Electrónica, Automatización Industrial o similar.

Experiencia demostrable en gestión y coordinación de proyectos industriales relacionados con SCADA, automatización o digitalización industrial.

Conocimiento técnico de entornos SCADA, preferiblemente WinCC OA (Siemens), así como arquitecturas de integración industrial.

Capacidad para interlocución directa con cliente, gestión de reuniones, seguimiento funcional y toma de requerimientos.

Experiencia en coordinación de equipos técnicos multidisciplinares.

Entornos MES / Industria 4.0

Valorable experiencia con soluciones MES AVEVA, OPCENTER EXECUTION FOUNDATION (Siemens) y System Platform.
