Head of Engineering / Contract Manager / Engineering and Services: Substations

At Incosa, we are selecting a strategic Management and Leadership profile to lead the deployment of our engineering services within the Iberdrola Distribution (i-DE) Substations Framework Agreement.

• Education: Engineering degree or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Comprehensive Contract Management of Engineering Services for Iberdrola substations: Leading technical and contractual communication with i-DE, ensuring compliance with the milestones, deadlines, and quality standards of the Framework Agreement.
• Essential Experience: Proven track record managing services or framework agreements for Iberdrola Distribution (i-DE). You must be familiar with their internal regulations, validation processes, and key contacts.
• Cross-Functional Knowledge: Although your background is technical, you must understand the full cycle: Detailed Engineering + Administrative Processing + On-Site Reality.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing the expectations of a demanding client such as the Principal.
• Decisive profile, with strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach to contractual outcomes.

En Incosa, seleccionamos un perfil estratégico de Mando y Gestión para liderar el despliegue de nuestros servicios de ingeniería dentro del Acuerdo Marco de Subestaciones de Iberdrola Distribución (i-DE).

• Formación: Ingeniería o a fin.
• Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en Gestión Integral del Contrato de Servicios de Ingeniería en subestaciones Iberdrola: Liderar la interlocución técnica y contractual con i-DE, asegurando el cumplimiento de los hitos, plazos y estándares de calidad del Acuerdo Marco.
• Experiencia Imprescindible: Trayectoria consolidada gestionando servicios o contratos marco para Iberdrola Distribución (i-DE). Debes conocer su normativa interna, sus procesos de validación y sus interlocutores.
• Conocimiento Transversal: Aunque tu base sea técnica, debes entender el ciclo completo: Ingeniería de detalle + Tramitación Administrativa + Realidad de Obra.
• Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y gestionando las expectativas de un cliente exigente como la Propiedad.
• Perfil resolutivo, con gran capacidad de negociación y orientación a resultados contractuales.
