About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager in the province of Seville to lead and coordinate complex industrial projects, ensuring technical excellence, safety, quality, and compliance with schedules and costs.

What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or similar.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial projects, preferably in metallurgy, energy, chemicals, or heavy industry.
  • Proven experience in the design and development of processing plants and complex industrial facilities.
  • Solid track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinating external collaborators.
  • Experience in EPC, EPCM projects, or similar models.
  • Knowledge of quality, environmental, and safety management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
  • High level of English.
  • Leadership skills, team management, and effective communication.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation.
  • PMP certification or equivalent will be valued.
