Who are attracted to challenges to lead automation projects with hyperautomation & AI technologies for the assigned Unit, orchestrating the plan and initiatives affecting said unit, with the aim of implementing more efficient and agile processes, reducing errors, and ensuring business efficiency and growth in service quality.

You will analyze processes, identify transformation opportunities, perform the mapping and identification of transformation opportunities through technology, develop the Business Case for the identified projects, and perform global monitoring of approved projects until they go into production, ensuring adoption, change management, and compliance with the Business Case.

WHAT CHALLENGES WILL YOU FACE IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

Challenge 1:
You will work with the assigned Unit to identify processes susceptible to being automated, seeking the best possible technical/technological solution, relying on existing tools and methodologies.

You will be responsible for the coordination of the mapping team, both internal and external, and will establish the necessary relationships with systems, security, and management control to verify the feasibility of the projects.

Challenge 2:
You will develop and promote the methodology, the Hyperautomation Governance Model, as well as best practices in process analysis for subsequent development within the scope of your assigned projects.

Challenge 3:
You will manage end-to-end the internal and external human resources assigned for the process mapping and opportunity identification phase, up to the development of a Business Case, the approval of identified projects, and their transfer to the systems team for implementation aligned with the Company's strategic objectives.

You will coordinate the communication with the involved business areas, as well as with the transformation and systems teams, ensuring a realistic and transformative approach that generates a relevant impact for the company.

Challenge 4:
You will supervise the progress of approved projects, ensuring compliance with the planning and the correct implementation of the defined scope.

You will ensure change management, training, and usage measurement, as well as the KPIs defined to evaluate the fulfillment of the approved Business Case.

Challenge 5: You will be a functional and technological leader, driving the continuous development and evolution of the team and the technological environment:

• Training, capacity building, and monitoring of new teams.
• Continuous updating and training on new market trends.
• Evaluation of new tools/technologies that can bring value within the company.
• Analysis and observation of new automation opportunities.

• Higher Education Degree.

Que te atraigan los retos para liderar los proyectos de automatización con tecnologías de hiperautomatización & IA de la Unidad asignada, orquestando el plan e iniciativas que afecten a dicha unidad, con el objetivo de implementar procesos más eficientes y ágiles, disminuir errores y asegurar la eficiencia del negocio y el crecimiento de la calidad de servicio.

Analizarás los procesos, identificarás oportunidades de transformación de los mismos, realizarás el levantamiento e identificación de oportunidades de transformación mediante la tecnología, elaborarás el Business Case de los proyectos identificados y realizarás el seguimiento global de los proyectos aprobados hasta su puesta en producción, asegurando la adopción, la gestión del cambio y el cumplimiento del Business Case.

¿QUÉ RETOS ENFRENTARÁS EN TU DÍA A DÍA?

Reto 1:
Trabajarás con la Unidad asignada para identificar procesos susceptibles de ser automatizados, buscando la mejor solución técnica/tecnológica posible, apoyándote en las herramientas y metodologías existentes.

Te encargarás de la coordinación del equipo de levantamiento, tanto interno como externo, y establecerás las relaciones necesarias con sistemas, seguridad y control de gestión para cotejar la viabilidad de los proyectos.

Reto 2:
Desarrollarás y promulgarás la metodología, el Modelo de Gobierno de Hiperautomatización, así como las mejores prácticas en el análisis de procesos para su posterior desarrollo en el ámbito de tus proyectos asignados.

Reto 3:
Gestionarás end to end los recursos humanos internos y externos asignados para la fase de levantamiento de procesos e identificación de oportunidades, hasta la elaboración de un Business Case, la aprobación de los proyectos identificados y su traspaso al equipo de sistemas para su implementación alineada con los objetivos estratégicos de la Compañía.

Coordinarás la interlocución con las áreas de negocio implicadas, así como con los equipos de transformación y sistemas, asegurando un planteamiento realista y transformador que genere un impacto relevante para la compañía.

Reto 4:
Supervisarás el avance de los proyectos aprobados, asegurando el cumplimiento de la planificación y la correcta implantación del alcance definido.

Asegurarás la gestión del cambio, la formación y la medición del uso, así como de los KPIs definidos para evaluar el cumplimiento del Business Case aprobado.

Reto 5: Serás líder funcional y tecnológico, impulsando el desarrollo y evolución continua del equipo y del entorno tecnológico:

• Formación, capacitación y seguimiento de nuevos equipos.
• Actualización y formación continua con las nuevas tendencias del mercado.
• Evaluación de nuevas herramientas/tecnologías que puedan aportar valor dentro de la compañía.
• Análisis y observación de nuevas oportunidades de automatización.
