Participate in strategic initiatives of the financial area, supporting the CFO in group-level decision-making through analysis, modeling, and generation of key information. Contribute to the preparation of reporting, forecasts, and documentation for governing bodies, with a global business vision oriented toward value creation.

Participate in cross-functional projects of the strategic financial planning area

Analyze the capital structure and perform company valuations

Collaborate on M&A transactions, evaluating their impact on the Group

Contribute to the preparation of financial reporting and forecasts (budget, forecast, strategic plan)

Support the preparation of documentation for the Management Committee and the Board

Drive initiatives oriented toward value creation and management of subsidiaries

The Strategic Financial Planning area is part of the CFO Division and acts as cross-functional support for all financial functions of the Group. Its main responsibilities include managing the capital structure, resource allocation, company valuation, as well as analyzing corporate operations (M&A). Additionally, it participates in strategic financial projects, prepares reporting and financial forecasts for the Group, and supports communication with internal and external stakeholders, including the Management Committee, the Board, and rating agencies.

Technical skills:

Advanced financial knowledge (corporate finance, valuation, capital structure)

Financial modeling and quantitative analysis

Knowledge of accounting and reporting

Soft skills:

Analytical thinking and results orientation

Teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills

Proactivity and communication skills

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields

High level of English (essential)

Other languages valued (especially German or Portuguese)

At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, corporate finance, M&A, or financial analysis

International experience (valued)

El área de Strategic Financial Planning forma parte de la Dirección Financiera (CFO) y actúa como soporte transversal en todas las funciones financieras del Grupo. Sus principales responsabilidades incluyen la gestión de la estructura de capital, la asignación de recursos, la valoración de la compañía, así como el análisis de operaciones corporativas (M&A). Además, participa en proyectos financieros estratégicos, la elaboración de reporting y previsiones financieras del Grupo, y da soporte a la comunicación con stakeholders internos y externos, incluyendo Comité de Dirección, Consejo y agencias de rating.

Al menos 5 años de experiencia en planificación estratégica, consultoría, corporate finance, M&A o análisis financiero

Experiencia internacional (valorable)
